All sales are final. Because many of our releases are limited pressings and made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@cacmg.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it is issued.
